Shipping & Return Policy
- Price on purchase order does not included shipping and handling fees.
- NO RETURNS are accepted after 30 days of purchase.
- All items returned for credit MUST be in the original packaging and in resalable condition (no hangtags, no label changes, no tamper).
- Absolutely NO RETURNS accepted without their original packaging.
- No returns on intimates. It is the customer's responsibility to bring/ship back the products to our facility for returns.
- 20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS for credit.
- All claims for shortage or defective products must be made within 14 days after receipt of delivery.
- Shipping of your merchandise is only processed with the UPS/USPS labels that Dynamic Fashion provides. This is for our protection against scammers using fake accounts/labels and chargebacks.
- We calculate your shipping charges only after the package is sealed and weighed.
